DandyRX Refund Policy

At DandyRX, we strive to provide a transparent and fair experience for our customers. Because many of our services involve healthcare consultations and prescription medications, certain purchases are not eligible for refunds. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing products or services through DandyRX.

  1. Consultation Fees
    Healthcare consultations, provider reviews, medical evaluations, and telehealth appointments become non-refundable once a licensed healthcare provider has begun reviewing your information.
    Payment for a consultation covers the provider’s time and professional review and does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued, renewed, modified, or continued.
    If a provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, consultation fees remain non-refundable once the review process has begun.

  2. No Prescription Guarantee
    Purchasing a consultation, treatment plan, subscription, membership, or service does not guarantee receipt of a prescription.
    All prescribing decisions are made solely by independent licensed healthcare providers exercising their own professional medical judgment.
    Refunds will not be issued solely because a prescription was not issued, renewed, modified, or continued following a completed provider review.

  3. Prescription Medications
    Due to federal and state regulations, patient safety requirements, and pharmacy laws, prescription medications generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once dispensed or shipped.
    This policy applies regardless of whether:
    • The medication has been opened;
    • The medication has been used;
    • The patient decides not to take the medication;
    • The patient experiences dissatisfaction with treatment results;
    • The patient changes their mind after shipment.

  4. Compounded Medications
    Compounded medications are custom-prepared for individual patients and are generally not eligible for return or refund once the prescription has been submitted to the pharmacy for processing.

  5. Order Processing and Cancellation
    DandyRX works with independent healthcare providers and licensed pharmacy partners to process patient orders as efficiently as possible.
    Once a healthcare provider has begun reviewing your medical information, a prescription has been issued, or an order has been transmitted to a pharmacy for processing, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
    If a cancellation request is received after provider review, prescription issuance, pharmacy processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or shipment has begun, DandyRX may be unable to stop the order.
    In such circumstances, cancellation will apply to future recurring orders, if applicable, but the current order will remain subject to this Refund Policy.
    Customers are encouraged to submit cancellation requests as early as possible to avoid processing delays.

  6. Subscription Services
    Certain products and services may be offered through recurring subscriptions.
    Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time before their next scheduled billing date.
    Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but will not result in refunds for:
    • Previously billed subscription periods;
    • Consultations already performed;
    • Prescriptions already issued;
    • Medications already processed, dispensed, or shipped.
    If an order has already entered provider review, prescription processing, pharmacy fulfillment, shipment preparation, or shipping, cancellation may not prevent fulfillment of the current order. In such cases, cancellation will apply to future recurring orders only.
    Customers are responsible for submitting cancellation requests before the next scheduled billing date and before the current order enters processing.

  7. Orders Eligible for Replacement or Resolution
    DandyRX may offer replacements, credits, or other resolutions under certain circumstances, including:
    • Incorrect medication received;
    • Incorrect dosage received;
    • Shipping damage;
    • Defective product;
    • Pharmacy fulfillment error;
    • Lost shipment confirmed by the carrier.
    Requests must generally be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery unless otherwise required by law.
    Supporting documentation or photographs may be requested.

  8. Shipping Delays
    Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays outside the control of DandyRX or its pharmacy partners.
    Carrier delays alone do not automatically qualify for refunds.
    However, DandyRX will work with customers and pharmacy partners to address significant shipping issues when appropriate.

  9. Billing Errors
    If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact DandyRX promptly.
    Verified billing errors will be corrected as quickly as reasonably possible.
    Customers should contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.

  10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
    We encourage customers to contact DandyRX before initiating a chargeback through their bank or credit card company.
    Many concerns can often be resolved quickly through our support team.
    Initiating a chargeback does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund and may delay resolution while the dispute is investigated.

  11. Refund Processing
    When a refund is approved, refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution but typically appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days after approval.
