DandyRX Cancellation Policy

At DandyRX, we strive to make managing your treatment plan simple and transparent. This Cancellation Policy explains how customers may cancel subscriptions, services, and future orders.

1. Subscription Cancellation
   Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time before their next scheduled billing date.
   Cancellation requests received before the next billing date will prevent future recurring charges and future subscription renewals.
   Cancellation requests may be submitted through your account, if available, or by contacting:

2. Effect of Cancellation
   Cancellation stops future recurring billing and future subscription renewals.
   Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund of:
   • Prior subscription charges;
   • Consultation fees;
   • Provider review fees;
   • Medical evaluations;
   • Prescriptions already issued;
   • Medications already processed, dispensed, or shipped;
   • Services already rendered.
   Refund eligibility is governed by the DandyRX Refund Policy.

3. Orders Already in Process
   DandyRX works with independent healthcare providers and licensed pharmacy partners to process orders efficiently.
   Once an order has entered any of the following stages, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation:
   • Provider review;
   • Prescription issuance;
   • Pharmacy processing;
   • Pharmacy fulfillment;
   • Shipment preparation;
   • Shipment.
   If a cancellation request is received after processing has begun, DandyRX may be unable to stop fulfillment of the current order.
   In these situations, cancellation will apply to future recurring orders only.

4. One-Time Purchases
   One-time purchases that have not yet entered provider review or pharmacy processing may be eligible for cancellation.
   However, once provider review, prescription issuance, pharmacy processing, or shipment preparation has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

5. Membership Cancellation
   If DandyRX offers membership programs, cancellation of a membership will stop future recurring membership charges.
   Membership benefits already provided during a billing period are generally non-refundable.

6. How to Cancel
   Customers may request cancellation by contacting:
   support@dandyrx.com
   To protect account security, DandyRX may require identity verification before processing cancellation requests.

7. Processing Time
   DandyRX will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests promptly.
   Customers are encouraged to submit cancellation requests as early as possible before their next billing date and before any order enters processing.

8. Provider and Pharmacy Independence
   DandyRX does not practice medicine and does not employ healthcare providers.
   Medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals.
   Prescription medications are fulfilled by licensed pharmacy partners.
   As a result, DandyRX cannot guarantee cancellation of orders that have already entered provider review or pharmacy processing.
